摘 要:现代化城市建设中一些项目因场地受限及周边存在建筑物、城市轨道交通、电线电缆等且距离塔式起重机较近,加上塔式起重机安装附着在建筑物内侧,使得塔式起重机拆卸时的空间受到很大制约,对塔式起重机拆卸造成了一定的难度和风险。结合工程实际,对复杂环境条件下施工塔式起重机的拆卸方案进行了研究,采用大吨位汽车式起重机对塔式起重机进行空中解体拆卸,顺利地完成了塔式起重机的拆卸,总结的经验可为类似工程提供借鉴。In the construction of modern cities,due to the limited site and the existence of buildings,urban rail transit,wires and cables,etc.around some projects,and the relatively close distance from the tower crane,and the installation of the tower crane attached to the inside of the building,the space for the tower crane disassembly is greatly restricted,which has caused certain difficulties and risks to the tower crane disassembly.Combined with the engineering practice,the disassembly scheme of tower crane under complex environmental conditions was studied.The tower crane was disassembled in the air by large tonnage truck crane,and the disassembly of tower crane was successfully completed.The summarized experience can provide reference for similar projects.
