摘  要:深圳某总部大厦由一栋36层研发办公楼和一栋18层宿舍楼通过两层连廊在宿舍楼顶部连为一体,两栋塔楼层高、高度不等,为非对称双塔连体结构。研发办公楼采用钢管混凝土柱-钢梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,宿舍楼采用框架剪力墙结构,连体采用钢桁架结构。本研究基于抗连续倒塌分析方法对连体结构方案进行了选型分析,然后对连体桁架进行抗震性能化设计,对连体楼盖进行了应力及舒适度分析,对桁架节点进行了有限元分析,论证了结构方案的合理性,为类似复杂高位连体结构设计提供参考。A headquarters building in Shenzhen consists of a 36-story R&D office building and an 18-story dormitory building,which are connected by two floors of corridors at the top of the dormitory building.The whole building structure is an asymmetrical twin-tower connective structure because the heights of two towers are different.R&D office building adopts concrete filled steel tube column-steel beam-reinforced concrete core tube structure,the dormitory building adopts the frame shear wall structure,and the connected body adopts the steel truss structure.Based on anti-continuous backward analysis method,the type selection of the connected structure scheme is analyzed.Then the seismic performance-based design of the connected truss is carried out,and the stress analysis and comfort analysis of the connected floor are carried out and the finite element analysis of the truss joints are carried out,so as to demonstrate the rationality of the structural scheme.It provides a reference for the design of similar complex high-elevation connected structures.
