摘  要:为引导学生掌握直线伺服驱动系统的运行特性,提出了新型直线伺服驱动加载实验教学平台,解决了传统直线伺服实验教学平台中加载难、测试精度低、动态性能差的弊端。基于该实验教学平台,开展了永磁直线伺服电机静态推力、动态推力、加速度以及突变负载的实验研究。该实验教学平台的研制,不仅丰富了电机类、电力拖动类课程的教学实验工作,又激发学生的学习兴趣,提升创新能力。In order to guide students to master the operation characteristics of linear servo drive,a novel experimental teaching platform for linear servo drive loading is proposed.The disadvantages of difficulty in loading,low accuracy,and insufficient dynamic performance in the traditional linear servo experimental platform are solved.Based on the novel linear servo drive loading experimental teaching platform,the static thrust force,dynamic thrust force,acceleration,and sudden load of the linear servo permanent magnet machine are investigated.Moreover,the development and application of this experimental platform enrich the teaching work of the electrical machinery and electric driving courses.In addition,the students′interest in the learning is stimulated,and their ability to understand and innovate is enhanced.
