摘　　要：在坚决打赢关键核心技术攻坚战的战略目标指引下,长三角地区亟待进一步发挥区域集成电路产业基础优势和跨区域协同创新先行者平台优势,遵循“聚焦国家战略、精准对接需求、靶向攻关技术、实现共创共享”的发展思路,有效统筹整合集成电路相关领域技术创新力量,瞄准区域内集成电路产业设计、制造、封测、基础材料及配套设施等产业链创新链的堵点难点,在关键环节进行联合攻关布局突破,合力探索国产替代的突围之路,有力带动长三角科技创新共同体的形成和发展。Under the strategic goal of winning the battle of key core technologies,it is urgent for the Yangtze River Delta region to further exert the advantages of regional IC industry foundation and cross-regional collaborative innovation pioneer platform,follow the development idea of“focusing on national strategy,precisely matching the demand,targeting the technology,and achieving common creation and sharing”,effectively coordinate and integrate technological innovation forces in IC-related fields,aim at the difficult points in the innovation chain and industrial chain,such as design,manufacturing,packaging and testing,basic materials and supporting facilities of the IC industry in the region,and make joint breakthroughs in key areas,so as to explore the breakthrough of domestic substitution and drive the formation and development of the Yangtze River Delta science and technology innovation community.
