摘 要:钻井作业过程中,井下的不确定性因素较多,易引起卡钻等复杂情况,给钻井作业带来极大的困扰。某井钻井及完井过程中发生2次卡钻,现场通过多种手段进行解卡作业均未成功,若解卡失败,需根据井下情况及卡点位置进行爆炸松扣、爆炸切割或者镁粉切割作业,将卡点以上位置管柱炸开并起出井口,可以最大限度减少钻具损失,同时可以保留原井眼,防止出现钻具及井眼报废情况造成较大作业事故。随着钻完井行业技术手段及数字化支持业务的不断完善,目前存在比较成熟的卡点计算方法,应用蓝马软件精准计算出卡点位置,根据计算位置及时制定出处理井下事故方案,降低因卡点计算误差带来的工程风险,最大限度地减少复杂情况时间,从而降低时间损失成本。软件模拟计算井下卡点技术不仅可以极大地减少井内出现二次事故,而且可以降低非生产时间,提高钻井日效率,降低整体钻完井费用,具有很大的推广应用价值。In the process of drilling operation,there are many uncertain factors,which are easy to cause complex situations such as sticking,which brings great trouble to the drilling operation.Two sticking operations occurred in the process of drilling and completion of a well,and the on-site card release operations were unsuccessful by various means.if the card release fails,explosive release,explosive cutting or magnesium powder cutting should be carried out according to the downhole condition and the location of the sticking point.exploding the string above the sticking point and lifting out of the wellhead can minimize drilling tool loss and retain the original wellbore,so as to prevent serious operation accidents caused by the scrapping of drilling tools and boreholes.With the continuous improvement of technical means and digital support business in the drilling and completion industry,there is a relatively mature calculation method of sticking points at present.Landmark software is used to accurately calculate the location of sticking points,and a plan to deal with downhole accidents is worked out in time according to the calculated positions,so as to reduce the engineering risk caused by the calculation error of the sticking point,minimize the time of complex situations,and thus reduce the cost of time loss.The software simulation calculation of downhole sticking point technology can not only greatly reduce the secondary accidents in the well,but also reduce the non-production time,improve the daily drilling efficiency and reduce the overall drilling and completion cost.
