摘  要:传统的工程实体沙盘由于其制作麻烦、费时费力、价格昂贵且功能单一、精度较低、无法提供精准的量测,越来越难以满足现代工程建设管理的需要。随着数字化技术的发展,采用实景高精度的虚拟数字沙盘来取代实体沙盘将为工程建设管理提供更有效的技术手段。根据高速公路建设项目实际需求,基于无人机倾斜摄影测量、BIM和GIS等技术,研究开发了数字沙盘模型,该数字沙盘不仅能真实地展示工程项目的建设情况和具体细节,还可提供红线分析、实景分析、虚拟驾驶和实时精准量测等功能,有效提高了工程建设管理水平和管理效率。The traditional engineering entity sand table is difficult to make,time-consuming,labor-intensive,expensive,single-function,low-precision,unable to provide accurate measurement,and it is increasingly difficult to meet the needs of modern engineering construction management.With the development of digital technology,the use of real-scene high-precision virtual digital sand tables to replace physical sand tables will provide more effective technical means for project construction management.According to the actual needs of highway construction projects,this paper researched and developed a digital sand table model based on drone tilt photogrammetry,BIM and GIS and other technologies.This digital sand table can not only truly display the construction status and specific details of the project,but also It provides functions such as red line analysis,real scene analysis,virtual driving and real-time accurate measurement,which effectively improves the management level and efficiency of project construction.
