摘 要:为探究钢渣细集料对钢渣沥青混合料性能的影响,在分形理论的基础上,分别制备了石灰岩和钢渣两种AC-20型沥青混合料。基于级配的分维数建立体积指标预测方程,通过水稳定性、高温稳定性和低温抗裂性对钢渣沥青混合料性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,体积指标预测方程有高于0.9的拟合度,分维数与级配中骨料细度成负相关。钢渣沥青混合料高温稳定性和低温抗裂性较石灰岩分别提高了32.0%、61.8%,由于钢渣细集料中游离氧化钙带来的膨胀效应,其沥青混合料水稳定性较差,但符合规范要求。钢渣细集料替代石灰岩能较好地应用于沥青混合料中,有效地解决了钢渣堆积量大、利用率低和环境污染等问题,具有良好的社会和环境效益。In order to explore the influence of steel slag fine aggregate on the performance of steel slag asphalt mixture,on the basis of fractal theory,two AC-20 asphalt mixtures of limestone and steel slag were prepared.Based on the gradation of dimensions,the volume index prediction equation is established,and the performance of steel slag asphalt mixture is compared and studied by water stability,high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance.The results show that the volume index prediction equation has a degree of fit higher than 0.9,and the number of dimensions is negatively correlated with the fineness of aggregate in the gradation.The high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of the steel slag asphalt mixture were increased by 32.1%and 61.8%respectively compared with the limestone,respectively,due to the expansion effect brought about by the free calcium oxide in the steel slag fine aggregate,the water stability of the asphalt mixture was poor,but it met the requirements of the specification.The steel slag fine aggregate can be better applied to the asphalt mixture instead of limestone,which effectively solves the problems of large steel slag accumulation,low utilization rate and environmental pollution,and has good social and environmental benefits.
