摘  要:采用沥青溶解性较好的马来酸酐和蒽油为原料与受阻胺光稳定剂中间体2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇反应,在碱性环境下引入钙离子,制备出可在沥青中均匀分散的有机盐型沥青光稳定剂HUV-32,并以对比改性沥青拌缸中不同位置改性沥青红外光谱重合度的方式表征沥青光稳定剂HUV-32的分散均匀性。自制紫外老化箱,用于沥青的加速老化试验,通过红外光谱分析不同添加量的光稳定剂改性SK90^(#)沥青后抗紫外老化性能,确定了光稳定剂HUV-32的最佳添加量约为1.5%。光稳定剂HUV-32与常用的SBS和SBR分别改性SK90^(#)沥青,对比分析沥青三大指标和低温抗裂性能,充分说明HUV-32改性沥青的抗紫外老化性能最优。Maleic anhydride and anthracene oil with better asphalt solubility are used as raw materials to react with hindered amine light stabilizer intermediate 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol,and calcium is introduced in an alkaline environment ions to prepare organic salt-type asphalt light stabilizer HUV-32 that can be uniformly dispersed in asphalt.And the dispersion uniformity of asphalt light stabilizer HUV-32 was characterized by comparing the infrared spectrum overlap at different positions in the modified asphalt mixing tank.A self-made UV aging box is used for accelerated aging experiments of asphalt.The anti-ultraviolet aging performance of SK90^(#)asphalt modified with different amounts of light stabilizer is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and the optimal amount of light stabilizer HUV-32 is determined to be about 1.5%.The light stabilizer HUV-32 and the commonly used SBS and SBR modified SK90^(#)asphalt were compared and analyzed to analyze the three major indicators and low temperature crack resistance of the asphalt,which fully shows that the HUV-32 modified asphalt has the best anti-ultraviolet aging performance.
