摘  要:冷壁双动滑阀安装在重油催化裂化、催化裂解装置第一再生器、第二再生器及旋风分离器顶部出口管道上,用以控制再生器压力或再生器与反应器两器间的压差。某炼油厂催化裂化装置冷壁双动滑阀实际运行时的开度为9.5%,其出口部位磨损十分严重,外壁局部超温,初步分析认为系高速烟气携带催化剂颗粒冲刷所致。应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,对冷壁双动滑阀分别进行了100%、68%、38%、9.5%开度下的流场分析,通过模拟数据的对比分析验证了CFD方法预测冷壁双动滑阀出口部位冲刷磨损的准确性和可靠性。The cold wall double acting slide valve is installed on the outlet pipe at the top of the first regenerator,the second regenerator and the cyclone separator of the heavy oil catalytic cracking and deep catalytic cracking unit to control the pressure of the regenerator or the pressure difference between the regenerator and the reactor.The opening of a cold wall double acting slide valve of one catalytic cracking unit in a refinery was 9.5%in actual operation.The outlet part of the slide valve was seriously worn,and the local temperature of the outer wall was overheated.The preliminary analysis shows that it is caused by the scouring of catalyst particles carried by high-speed flue gas.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was applied to analyze the flow field of the cold wall double acting slide valve at 100%,68%,38%and 9.5%opening respectively.The accuracy and reliability of the CFD method in predicting the erosion and wear at the outlet of the cold wall double acting slide valve were verified through the comparative analysis of simulation data.
