摘 要:仓壳锥体结构特殊,受力复杂,设计计算难度大,几个主要料仓设计规范的算法也不完全一致。通过NB/T 47003.2—2009《固体料仓》、SH 3078—1996《立式圆筒形钢制和铝制料仓设计规范》、JIS B 8511—1987《铝及铝合金制圆筒形筒仓的结构》这3个筒仓标准的对比,重点分析了NB/T 47003.2—2009锥壳物料载荷计算理论,提出了新的计算方法,并结合大量的理论计算和工程经验,给出仓壳筒体底部垂直压力的动载荷修正系数,提高了设计安全性。Considering the special structure and complex stress distribution,the design and calculation are difficult for hopper,while the calculation methods in several main silo design standards are also different.Based on the comparison of silo standards,NB/T 47003.2—2009“Silos for Solid Materials”,SH 3078—1996“Specification for the Design of Vertical Cylindrical Steel and Aluminum Silos”and JIS B 8511—1987“Construction of Welded Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Cylindrical Silos”,the stored material pressure load calculation theory of hopper in NB/T 47003.2—2009 was analyzed,and a modified calculation method was proposed.Through the theoretical calculation and engineering experience analysis,the modified coefficient of the dynamic load of vertical pressure at the bottom of the wall of the silo hopper was given to improve the design safety.
