辣椒白粉病调查及病原菌形态观察比较

摘　　要：辣椒白粉病是危害辣椒生产的主要病害之一,在我国北方普遍发生。在甘肃省设施、露地辣椒生产中辣椒白粉病均有发生,严重影响辣椒产量与品质。通过对甘肃陇东、河西等辣椒生产区白粉病发生情况进行调查,并采集兰州、榆中及平凉三地的辣椒白粉病病原菌进行形态观察,拟从形态学上比较不同地区辣椒白粉病病原菌有无差异。结果表明:甘肃省陇东、河西辣椒生产区白粉病发病普遍,且发病严重。通过辣椒白粉病病原菌形态学观察比较,发现兰州、榆中及平凉三地的病原菌孢子皆呈棒状,病原菌形态未见明显差异。Powdery mildew is one of the main diseases in pepper production and occurs frequently in Gansu Province,which seriously limits the rapid development of pepper industry.In this study,incidence of powdery mildew in the main pepper producing areas of Gansu Province was investigated.Pathogens of pepper powdery mildew in three pepper producing areas were collected and their morphology were observed.The results showed that powdery mildew widely occurred in the pepper production areas of Gansu Province,especially in the districts of Longdong and Hexi.The morphological observation of pepper powdery mildew showed that the spores were rod-shaped and there was no significant difference among the pathogens collecting from Lanzhou,Yuzhong and Pingliang.
