摘  要:针对活性染料对环境污染严重的问题,实验采用四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)作为活化剂与过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))构建TAED/H_(2)O_(2)催化氧化体系,对活性黄3RS、活性红3BSN和元青CF三种活性染料废水进行脱色处理,将脱色后的废水多次回用于棉织物的染色,通过考察染料残液脱色率,以评价各回用过程中染料上染百分率和织物的染色效果。结果表明,TAED/H_(2)O_(2)体系能够有效处理活性染料废水,活性黄3RS和活性红3BSN染料脱色处理后废水作为染色介质所得到的染色棉织物的K/S值、颜色特征值和色牢度均无明显变化,而元青CF染料残液回用时所得到的染色纯棉织物的耐干摩擦和耐洗色牢度有所下降。For serious pollution of reactive dyes to the environment,this study uses N,N,N',N'-Tetraacetylethylenediamine(TAED)as an activator and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))to build a TAED/H_(2)O_(2)catalytic oxidation system to decolorize three kinds of reactive dye wastewater,reactive yellow 3RS,reactive red 3BSN and cyan CF.The decolorized wastewater is reused for cotton fabric dyeing for many times,focusing on the decolorization rate of dye residue.So as to evaluate the dye uptake percentage and the dyeing effect of the fabric in each recycling process.The results showed that TAED/H_(2)O_(2)system could effectively treat reactive dye wastewater,and the K/S value,color characteristic value and color fastness of dyed cotton fabrics obtained by using the decolorized wastewater of reactive yellow 3RS and reactive red 3BSN as the dyeing medium do not change significantly,while the dry rubbing and washing fastness of dyed cotton fabrics obtained by reusing the residue of cyan CF decrease.
