摘  要:对比不同转速和不同喂料量螺杆扭矩对玻纤增强PA66材料的力学性能的影响,采用偏光显微镜、力学性能测试等方法表征复合材料的干态性能。实验结果表明,在实际生产过程中,需要将挤出机的螺杆扭矩控制在一定的范围内,太高会延长物料停留在料筒内的时间,物料受螺杆与料筒璧之间剪切力变大,经过反复剪切造成玻纤残留长度降低;太低不利于产能的发挥,并且物料受螺杆之间的剪切力增强,造成玻纤保留长度降低及加剧玻纤表面的微裂纹的产生,最终导致材料的力学性能下降。因此将挤出机螺杆扭矩比控制在50%~60%之间,可使挤出产量和材料的力学性能达到最优状态。The effect of screw torque at different rotational speeds and feeding rates on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PA66 composites were compared.The dry properties of the composites were characterized by polarizing microscope and mechanical properties test.The results have shown that in the actual production process,the extruder screw torque should be kept in a certain range.Too high torque will prolong the stay of the material in the cylinder,and the shear force between the screws and the cylinder wall applied to the materal will increase,resulting in the reduction of glass fiber residual length after repeated shearing.Too low torque is not conducive to the production capacity,and the shear force between the screws themselves applied to the material will increase,resulting in the reduction of glass fiber retention length and the aggravated generation of microcracks on the glass fiber surface,which will lead to the decrease of the mechanical properties of the material finally.Therefore,when the screw torque ratio of extruder is controlled between 50%and 60%,the extrusion output and mechanical properties of the material can be optimized.
