摘　　要：研究了传统工艺和新工艺圆角纸护角的抗压、抗弯强度,及其在玻璃纤维包装中的应用,推荐一种更实用的纸护角。使用卷管开片传统工艺和圆压圆新工艺制作相近含水率、外形结构和尺寸的两种样品,并对样品进行抗压、抗弯测试。测试结果表明新工艺圆角纸护角抗压、抗弯性能更好,其加工工艺利用了原纸纵向环压指数高的优点,同时减少加工中的切割,其成品外观更美观,生产效率更高,成本更低,其更适合于玻璃纤维的包装。The compressive and flexural strength of rounded paper angle beads made by traditional and new technologies and their application in fiberglass packaging were studied,and a more practical paper angle bead was recommended.Two kinds of samples with similar moisture content,shape and size were made by the traditional process of pipe rolling and slitting and the new process of round pressing,and the samples were tested for compression and bending resistance.The results have shown that the rounded paper angle bead made by the new process has better compression and bending resistance.Its processing technology takes advantage of the high longitudinal ring pressure index of the base paper,and reduces the cutting operation during processing.The finished product has more beautiful appearance,higher production efficiency,and lower cost.It is more suitable for fiberglass packaging.
