安徽省特色小镇高质量发展影响因素研究

摘　　要：通过安徽省特色小镇高质量发展现有研究和相关政策,界定安徽省特色小镇高质量发展内涵,从特色产业、环境资源、政府支持和基础设施四个维度构建特色小镇高质量发展影响因素研究指标体系。采用熵权法对2016~2019年安徽省首批特色小镇的特色产业指标数据进行客观权重分析,采用层次分析法对环境资源、政府支持和基础设施指标进行主观权重分析,进而结合主客观得出各指标综合权重。研究结果表明,安徽省特色小镇高质量发展影响因素的权重从高到低依次为特色产业、环境资源、基础设施、政府支持。从而为安徽省特色小镇高质量发展路径提出建议,并为各地市特色小镇高质量发展评价研究提供参考。Based on existing research and policy,the connotation of high-quality development for characteristic towns were defined and an evaluation index system was constructed from four dimensions,namely characteristic industries,environmental resources,government support and infrastructure.Combing the objective weight of characteristic industry index by entropy weight method and the subjective weight of environmental resources,government support and infrastructure by analytic hierarchy process with the date from 2016 to 2019,the comprehensive weights of each indicator was obtained.The research show that the influence weight of high-quality development of characteristic towns in Anhui Province are,in descending order,characteristic industries,environmental resources,infrastructure,and government support.Accordingly,suggestions are made for high-quality development of characteristic towns in Anhui Province,which provides references for other characteristic towns.
