摘 要:本文通过构建小清河河口区水质数学模型并进行了验证,建立了河海水质关联关系,基于多情景对两种理论方案进行了分析。建议结合地表水考核位置和考核目标、混合区边界近岸海域环境功能区目标要求,近期将河口混合区作为单独的水体类型进行管理,并逐步提高入海河流断面水质要求,实现由地表水到近岸海域水质的过渡和有效衔接,远期根据陆源总氮减排要求,逐步取消河口混合区。The estuary area of rivers entering the sea is a mixed area of surface water and sea water.Due to its special geographical characteristics,the water quality evaluation results of the estuary area can’t reflect the main responsibility of the water quality target objectively.Therefore,the article establishes the relationship between river and sea water quality,and select the better scheme based on multiple scenario analysis and argumentation,according to build and validate a mathematical model of water quality in the Xiaoqing River estuary area.Finally considering the assessment location and targets of surface water,we suggest that choose the estuary mixed area as a separate water body type,and improve the water quality requirements of river sections entering the sea gradually in the near future.In the long term,according to the requirements of land-based total nitrogen emission reduction,the estuarine mixed area will be eliminated gradually.It will realize the transition and effective connection from surface water to offshore water quality.
