摘　　要：《黄河保护法》是我国的第二部流域法律,立法意义重大。通过学习《黄河保护法》,总结了制订此法律的4个特点、10个亮点,以供大家参考。The Yellow River Protection Law is China s second legislation on a specific river basin with great significance.Through in-depth research,this article summarizes four characteristics and ten highlights of the Law for reference.
