摘　　要：随着“两手发力”助力水利高质量发展工作深入推进,如何在保证调水工程良性稳定运营的同时提升受水区水资源利用水平,良好的工程供水价格制定机制非常关键。文章以胶东调水、南水北调东、中线一期和引黄入晋北干线及配套等典型重大调水工程为例,梳理两部制供水价格制定的原则、思路和主要做法以及在实际工程中的应用特点,总结相关经验启示,为完善已建或在建调水工程水价形成机制提供参考。With the further advancement of giving full play to the roles of both government and market to support high quality development of water conservancy,a sound water supply price formulation in water diversion project becomes the key to ensure the stable operation of the projects while improving the utilization of water resources in water-receivingareas.Taking typical water diversion projects such as Jiaodong Water Diversion Project,Phase I in East Route of South-to-north Water Diversion Project,the north branch and auxiliary projects of Yellow River-to-Shanxi Diversion Project as examples,this article summarizes the principles,ideas,practices of water price formulation and concludes experience and lessons learned,providing references for improving water price formulation mechanism for water diversion projects already completed or under construction.
