摘 要:目的:探讨不同海拔高度下居民日间及夜间睡眠血氧饱和度变化特征。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月青海红十字医院健康体检中心接受体格检查的健康受检者志愿者30名作为研究对象,在征得志愿者个人意向后分为3组,分别于海拔2300 m、3000 m、3800 m进行日间和夜间睡眠期间血氧饱和度监测,实验开始后统一发放同规格的血氧饱和度监测腕表,连续动态记录受检者血氧饱和度变化,总结不同海拔高度下居民日间及夜间睡眠期间血氧饱和度分布特征。结果:2300 m、3000 m白天血氧饱和度基线95%~96%,夜间睡眠中为93%~95%;3800 m白天91%~93%,夜间88%~91%。结论:不同海拔高度对居民日间及夜间睡眠期间血氧饱和度有着显著影响,整体上来说高海拔地区居民日间及夜间睡眠时血氧饱和度越低,在高海拔地区要格外重视夜间睡眠时血氧饱和的干预与管理,预防意外发生。Objective:To investigate the variation characteristics of blood oxygen saturation in daytime and night sleep of residents at different altitudes.Methods:A total of 30 volunteers who received physical examination in the Health Physical Examination Center of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects.After obtaining the volunteer′s personal intention,they were divided into three groups.Blood oxygen saturation was detected during daytime and night sleep at altitudes of 2300 meters,3000 meters and 3800 meters,respectively.At the beginning of the experiment,oxygen saturation monitoring wristwatches of the same size were uniformly distributed to continuously and dynamically record the changes of oxygen saturation of the subjects,and the distribution characteristics of oxygen saturation of residents at different altitudes during daytime and night sleep were summarized.Results:Baseline blood oxygen saturation at 2300 meters and 3000 meters was 95%~96%during daytime and 93%~95%during night sleep.3800 meters was 91%~93%in daytime and 88%~91%at night.Conclusion:Different altitudes have significant effects on blood oxygen saturation during daytime and night sleep of residents.The lower blood oxygen saturation during daytime and night sleep of residents in high altitude areas,the more attention should be paid to the intervention and management of blood oxygen saturation during night sleep in high altitude areas to prevent accidents.
