观察耳穴压豆对冠心病不稳定心绞痛伴失眠患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆对冠心病不稳定心绞痛伴失眠患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年5月济南市第五人民医院心内科收治的冠心病不稳定心绞痛伴失眠56例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组给予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、瑞舒伐他汀钙、单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,观察组在给予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、瑞舒伐他汀钙、单硝酸异山梨酯治疗的基础上实施耳穴压豆治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者的睡眠质量,并比较2组患者治疗有效率及心功能指标(左室射血分数、心脏排血量、左室舒张末期直径)。结果:干预后,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组心功能指标(左室射血分数、心脏排血量、左室舒张末期直径)显著优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:冠心病不稳定心绞痛伴失眠患者采用耳穴压豆方案能够明显提升治疗有效率,显著改善患者的心脏功能指标和睡眠质量,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of auricular point pressure on sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris accompanied by insomnia.Methods:A total of 56 patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina accompanied by insomnia admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Ji′nan Fifth People′s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,clopidogrel,rosuvastatin calcium,and isosorbide mononitrate,while the observation group was treated with aspirin,clopidogrel,rosuvastatin calcium,and isosorbide mononitrate on the basis of ear point pressure bean treatment.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of 2 groups,and the treatment response rate and cardiac function indexes(left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter)were compared between 2 groups.Results:After intervention,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the cardiac function indexes(left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter)of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris accompanied by insomnia,the application of auricular point compression bean program can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment,significantly improve the cardiac function index and sleep quality of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
