探究倾斜式卧位在新生儿溢乳和睡眠护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究倾斜式卧位在新生儿溢乳和睡眠护理中的应用。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年5月泉州市妇幼保健院儿童医院收治的新生儿60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予倾斜式卧位干预;观察2组产妇开奶时间、新生儿体质量增长值、日均睡眠时间、溢乳情况有效率及家长护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组产妇开奶时间短于对照组,新生儿体质量增长值、日均睡眠时间长于对照组,观察组溢乳控制有效率显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:倾斜式卧位在新生儿溢乳和睡眠护理中的应用效果显著,有利于提高新生儿睡眠质量,减少溢乳情况的发生,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To explore the application of inclined decubitus position in nursing of neonatal galactorrhea and sleep.Methods:A total of 60 neonates admitted to Children′s Hospital of Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given inclined lying position intervention.The lactation time,the increase value of newborn body weight,the daily sleep time,effective in galactorrhea,and the satisfaction of parent′s nursing were observed between 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the maternal milk opening time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,the increase value of newborn body weight and average daily sleep time was longer than the control group,the control efficiency of galactorrhea in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of inclined decubitus position in neonatal galactorrhea and sleep nursing is significant,which is conducive to improving newborn sleep quality,reducing the occurrence of galactorrhea and improving nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
