细节护理干预对ICU清醒患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究细节护理干预对ICU清醒患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年福建医科大学附属第二医院ICU收治的清醒患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予细节护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化;采用抑郁自评量表SCL-90评估患者的症状变化,并统计2组患者ICU综合征发生情况,包括谵妄、情感障碍、抑郁、失眠等事件的发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组SCL-90量表躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑各维度得分均显著低于对照组,ICU综合征发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对ICU清醒患者开展细节护理干预有助于提高患者的睡眠质量,改善其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,一定程度上可降低ICU综合征的发生率,对患者预后具有积极影响,具有较好的推广应用价值。Objective:To explore the effects of detailed nursing intervention on sleep quality and mental state of awake patients in ICU.Methods:A total of 90 sober patients admitted to ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from October 2021 to 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given detailed nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of the 2 groups before and after intervention.The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate the changes in symptoms of the patients,and the incidence of ICU syndrome,including delirium,affective disorder,depression,insomnia and other events,was statistically analyzed in the 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,scores of SCL-90 scale,obsessive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety were significantly lower than the control group,ICU syndrome incidence was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing intervention for awake patients in ICU is helpful to improve the sleep quality of patients,improve their anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,to a certain extent can reduce the incidence of ICU syndrome,has a positive impact on the prognosis of patients,and has a good application value.
