前馈控制模式康复护理对中风患者睡眠质量及生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析前馈控制模式康复护理对中风患者睡眠改善情况及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年4月泉州市丰泽区清源街道社区卫生服务中心收治的中风患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规护理管理,观察组患者给予前馈控制模式康复护理。通过多导睡眠监测系统中风患者护理前后睡眠质量评分,采用神经功能缺损量表比较2组中风患者护理前后神经功能评分,采用日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)比较2组患者生活能力,采用生命质量测定量表(WHO-QOL-BREF)比较2组中风患者护理前后生命质量改善情况。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者睡眠质量显著优于对照组,神经功能评分显著低于对照组,ADL评分显著高于对照组,WHO-QOL-BREF评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:前馈控制模式康复护理对中风患者睡眠质量改善及生命质量提升具有非常积极的影响,是一种值得推广的护理模式。Objective:To analyze the effects of feedforward control mode rehabilitation nursing on sleep improvement and quality of life of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 60 stroke patients admitted to Community Health Service Center of Qingyuan Street from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing management,and observation group was given feedforward control mode rehabilitation nursing.The sleep quality score of stroke patients before and after nursing was measured by polysomnastic monitoring system,the neurological function score was compared by neurological function deficit scale,and the living ability of patients in 2 groups was compared by Activity of Daily Living(ADL).The quality of life scale(WHO-QOL-BREF)was used to compare the improvement of quality of life before and after nursing of stroke patients between 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the sleep quality of patients in the observation group was significantly improved better than the control group,neurological function score was significantly lower than the control group,ADL score was significantly higher than the control group,and WHO-QOL-BREF score was significantly higher than the control group.The differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Feedforward control mode of rehabilitation nursing has a very positive effect on the improvement of sleep quality and life quality of stroke patients,and it is a nursing mode worth promoting.
