摘　　要：阔叶木半化学浆是代替再生纤维浆的较好选择,其制浆黑液可完全实现碱回收工艺处理。与化学法制浆和化学机械法制浆相比,阔叶木半化学法制浆的能源消耗和污染物排放均处于3种制浆工艺的平均水平,可实现清洁化生产。Hardwood semi-chemical pulp(SCP)is a better choice for the replacement of recycled fiber pulp.The black liquor from its pulp‐ing process can be fully treated by the alkaline recovery process.Compared to chemical pulping and chemical mechanical pulping,the ener‐gy consumption and pollutant emissions of hardwood semi-chemical pulping process are at average levels of three kinds of pulping,which showed that the semi-chemical pulping process is a kind of clean production technology.
