承插式柔性接口钢管在市政给排水领域的应用

摘  要:结合我国承插式柔性接口钢管管道技术规程对钢管柔性承插口的要求,介绍了国内目前主流的几种承插式柔性接口形式和特点。承插式柔性接口的允许转角在产品标准、设计标准、施工控制中依次减小,接口具有较高的安全度。现场水利试验结果表明,长距离输水管道的水头损失以沿程水头损失为主,承插式柔性接口引起的局部水头损失可以忽略;钢管采用内环氧防腐的管壁光滑程度与塑料管相近。承插式柔性接口钢管技术可靠、先进,适合在市政给水和排水工程中推广应用。Combined with the requirements for spigot gasket joint steel pipe in Technical Specification for Buried Spigot Gasket Joint Steel Pipe of Water Supply and Drainage Engineering(T/CECS 492—2017),several current mainstream spigot gasket joint forms and characteristics are introduced.The allowable turning angle of spigot gasket joint is reduced in the order of product standards,design standards and construction control,and the joint has high standard of safety.The results of field water conservancy test shows that the head loss of long-distance water pipelines is mainly frictional head loss,the local head loss caused by spigot gasket joint can be ignored and the smoothness of the steel pipes with internal epoxy anti-corrosion is like that of plastic pipes.The spigot gasket joint steel pipe technology is reliable and advanced,suitable for promotion and application in municipal water supply and drainage engineering projects.
