摘　　要：成都凤凰山体育中心专业足球场屋盖采用大开口索穹顶+单层ETFE膜结构,膜结构支承在索穹顶外脊索与内环钢网架上。基于工程项目特点,本文针对防解锁索膜节点设计与施工、防水天沟节点设计与膜片安装施工等方面,对索承式单层ETFE膜结构施工过程中的关键问题以及施工工艺流程进行了重点阐述。Due to the advantages of light weight and reasonable system,membrane structure is widely adopted in the construction of all kinds of long span space structures.Specially,because of the high designability,excellent ability of self-cleaning,good transmittance,environmental friendly and many other advantages,ETFE membrane structure gradually has developed to be the main direction of membrane structure in the future.Large opening cable dome structure with is adopted in the roof of Chengdu Fenghuangshan professional football field and the covering material is monolayer ETFE membrane.The membrane structure is supported by the outer diagonal cable and inner ring steel frame.Based on the characteristics of the construction project,focusing on the design and construction of specified connector between cable and membrane for prevent loosening,the design of waterproof gutter and installation of pieces of membrane,the key points of construction for the cable-supported monolayer membrane structure and construction process are intensively introduced in this paper.
