摘  要:简要介绍了综合管沟总平面布置的设计方法及步骤、管沟横、纵断面设计要点;阐述了管道支架、热补偿、管道交叉问题的处理方法,研究了管沟检修通风散热的新措施。解决了综合管沟断面空间大造价高、管道跑冒滴漏,管道热膨胀受力不均衡,支架未统筹设置偏多且不合理等问题,进而减少了工程造价、缩短工期、保证工程安全,提高了工业场区综合管沟设计水平。This paper introduces the design methods and steps of the general layout of the integrated pipe trench,and the key points of the design of the cross and longitudinal sections of the pipe trench.This paper expounds the treatment methods of pipe support,heat compensation and cross,and studies the new measures of ventilation and heat dissipation for pipe ditch maintenance.It solves the problems such as large section space of the comprehensive pipe trench,high cost,running and leaking pipe,uneven thermal expansion force of the pipeline,more and more unreasonable support,which reduces the project cost,shortens the construction period,ensures the project safety,and improves the design level of the comprehensive pipe trench in the industrial field.
