摘　　要：应用结构方程模型及SPSS分析等方法,探究了造成煤矿施工作业人员返工的因素,及其返工过程对施工人员安全行为的影响。从返工频率、返工严重程度、返工重要性3个角度对影响返工的17个影响因子进行了量化研究与探索性因素分析,结果表明场地和工作条件较差、施工方法错误或设计说明不良、现场管理不当三者的排名靠前,说明其应作为返工过程的重点管控要素;将17个因素归为设备机器管理不规范、项目管理不足、固有的危险或困难、工作压力大、知识能力欠缺五大主要因子,构建了煤矿工人返工安全行为影响因素模型,发现五大主要因子对煤矿工人返工的安全行为均产生负向影响作用。因此,建议煤矿企业应最大努力为员工改善工作条件、加强对施工现场的管理水平、开展安全知识教育培训、加大对施工作业所使用的机器设备更新和维护投资。Applying methods such as structural equation model and SPSS analysis,the factors that cause coal miners to rework and the impact of their rework process on the safety behavior of miners were investigated.Quantitative research and exploratory factor analysis were conducted on 17 influencing factors affecting rework from three perspectives:frequency of rework,severity of rework,and importance of rework.The results showed that poor site and working conditions,wrong construction method or poor design description,and improper site management ranked high,indicating that they should be the key control elements of the rework process.Further,17 factors were categorized into five main factors:irregular management of equipment and machines,inadequate project management,inherent hazards or difficulties,high work pressure,and lack of knowledge and ability.And A model of the factors influencing coal miners’rework safety behavior was constructed,and it was found that five major factors had a negative impact on the safety behavior of coal miners’rework.Therefore,it was recommended that coal mining companies should make maximum efforts to improve working conditions for their employees,strengthen the level of management at construction sites,conduct education and training on safety knowledge,and increase investment in the renewal and maintenance of machinery and equipment used in construction operations.
