摘  要:针对某钼矿山排土场周边淋溶水污染问题,通过排土场雨污分流降低淋溶水量,并采用“曝气氧化+三级中和加载沉淀+改性海砂过滤”组合工艺对收集的受污染淋溶水进行处理。介绍了雨污分流及污水综合利用工程情况及应用效果。经系统治理后的淋溶水,水质可稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准和《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)III类水标准中更高标准,替代部分新水回用于生产各个环节。实现了排土场酸性淋溶水的减量及综合利用,改善淋溶水对环境影响的同时提高了矿山水资源回用率。Aiming at the pollution of the leaching water in waste-dumping area of a molybdenum mine,rainwater and sewage diversion measures were taken to reduce the production of the leaching water.The combined process of“aeration oxidation+three-stage neutralization and loading sedimentation+modified sea-sand filtration”are adopted to treat the collected wastewater.The project situation and application effect of rainwater sewage diversion measure and wastewater treatment are introduced.After system treatment,the water quality of the leaching water can stably met the higher standard between the first-level standard of GB8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard and the GB3838-2002 Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water,replacing part of the new water for reuse in production.The reduction and comprehensive utilization of the acid leaching water in waste-dumping area is realized.The recycling rate of mine water resources is improved while the impact of the leaching water on the environment is reduced.
