摘　　要：上尿路腔内碎石术是一种微创治疗方式,因其创伤小有利于患者术后康复,逐渐成为治疗泌尿系结石的首选方法。然而,随着这一术式的广泛开展,全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)等并发症也越来越受到人们的关注。SIRS作为术后常见的并发症之一,若未给予积极治疗,会导致机体炎症反应失控和重要脏器损害。在全身炎症反应阶段,体内的多种炎症指标会发生急剧变化,不同时期血液中的炎症标志物的含量差异巨大。对这些指标的准确检测将有助于早期干预SIRS,避免严重的实质器官损伤,对改善接受上尿路腔内碎石术患者整体预后具有十分重要的意义。然而,目前关于单一指标和多种指标联合的预测效果未有明确报道;同时,联合预测时选择恰当且合适的炎症指标也是临床研究的重点。因此,本文旨在探讨炎症标志物对上尿路腔内碎石术后SIRS发生的预测价值,以期为选择合适的炎症指标准确监测术后SIRS的发生提供参考。Endoscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary tract stones is a minimally invasive treatment method,which is gradually becoming the first choice for the treatment of urinary stones because of its small trauma and good postoperative rehabilitation.However,with the widespread development of this surgery,complications such as systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)have attracted more and more attention.As one of the common postoperative complications,SIRS can lead to uncontrolled inflammation response and vital organs damage without active treatment.In the systemic inflammatory response stage,a variety of inflammatory indicators in the body will change dramatically and there are great differences in the contents of inflammatory indicator in blood at different periods.Accurate detection of these indicators will facilitate early intervention of SIRS,and avoid serious organ damage,which is of great significance for improving the overall prognosis of patients undergoing endoscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary tract stones.However,there is no clear report on the prediction effect of a single indicator or combination of multiple indicators at present;at the same time,the selection of appropriate and proper inflammatory indicators for joint prediction is a key point of clinical research.Therefore,this article aims to explore the predictive value of inflammatory indicators on the occurrence of SIRS after endoscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary tract stones,in order to provide a reference for selecting appropriate inflammatory indicators to accurately monitor the occurrence of SIRS after surgery.
