新时代高校“访惠聚”工作队助力南疆地区乡村文化振兴路径探究

摘　　要：乡村文化振兴是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的重要前提,是完整准确贯彻落实新时代党的治疆方略的现实需求,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实际需要。论文归纳了高校“访惠聚”工作队在乡村文化阵地建设方面取得的成绩,分析了南疆地区乡村振兴战略实施过程中文化振兴存在的困境,提出高校“访惠聚”工作队助力乡村文化振兴的现实路径,以期助力南疆地区农村基层文化建设更上一个新台阶。The rural cultural revitalization is an important prerequisite for the effective link between the Effective Connection between Consolidating and Expanding the Poverty Alleviation Achievements and the Rural Revitalization,is a realistic demand for the completely and accurately implement the Party's strategy for Xinjiang's governance in the new era,is a actual need to forge strongly the sense of the community of the Chinese nation.This paper sums up the achievements made by the“Visit People,Benefit People's Livelihood and Gather Popular Support”team of colleges in rural areas in the construction of rural cultural positions,and analyzes the difficulties the team of colleges faced cultural revitalization in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in southern Xinjiang.And put forward the practical path of the“Visit People,Benefit People's Livelihood and Gather Popular Support”work team of colleges to help the rural culture revitalization in order to help the Construction of rural grass-roots culture in southern Xinjiang to a new stage.
