摘 要:通过引进新羊1~15号15个羊角椒种质材料,联合江苏沿海地区主栽的超世纪大红椒、世纪美人椒、大红椒401、原野长香和椒中美等5个品种材料进行田间农艺性状的描述分析,为江苏沿海地区羊角椒育种工作提供理论基础。结果表明:20个羊角椒种质资源的数量性状在分布频率上具有一定的区别,其变异系数范围在9.06%~31.39%,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数范围在1.59~2.01,其中以株高、单果重的变异系数较大,叶长、叶宽的多样性指数较高,在质量性状中以果实青熟果色的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数最大,表现出不同的稳定性和多样性特点;相关性分析结果显示,株高、首花节位与单果重均呈极显著负相关,果横径、果肉厚与单果重均呈极显著正相关,表现出不同性状之间的关联程度;经主成分分析提取出4个主成分,累计贡献率为80.960%,不同主成分的构成因素分别反映出羊角椒的产量、果实形态、植株长势和植株形态等特征;聚类分析在遗传距离为12.5处将20份羊角椒资源分为5个类群,第1类群植株高大,果实较小,产量较低;第2类群株型较小,果实较大,产量较高;第3类群株型较矮壮,果实细长;第4类群株型矮壮,果实粗壮;第5类群株型较矮,叶片较小,果实较大。本研究结论可为羊角椒性状选择、品种改良和种质资源分类提供依据。In this experiment,15 sheep horn pepper germplasm materials of No.1-15 were introduced.Combined with the five varieties of the local main sheep horn pepper materials including super-century red pepper,century beauty pepper,big red pepper 401,wild long fragrance pepper and the beauty of pepper,the agronomic traits in the field were described and analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for the breeding of sheep horn pepper in Jiangsu coastal area.The results showed that the quantitative traits of the germplasm resources of 20 sheep horn peppers had certain differences in distribution frequency,and their coefficients of variation ranged from 9.06%to 31.39%.The diversity index of Shannon-Wiener ranged from 1.59 to 2.01,among which the coefficient of variation of plant height and single fruit weight was larger,the diversity index of leaf length and leaf width was higher,and the diversity index of Shannon-Wiener with green ripe fruit color was the largest in the quality traits,showing different characteristics of stability and diversity.The correlation analysis results showed that plant height,first flower node position were significantly negatively correlated with single fruit weight,and fruit cross diameter,pulp thickness were all very significantly positively correlated with single fruit weight,showing the degree of correlation between different traits.By principal component analysis,four principal components were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate was 80.960%.The constituent factors of different principal components reflected the yield,fruit morphology,plant growth and plant morphological characteristics of sheep horn pepper respectively.At the genetic distance of 12.5,the cluster analysis divided the 20 parts of the sheep horn pepper resources into 5 groups.In the first group,the plant was tall,and the fruit was small,while the yield was low.In the second group,the plant type was small,and the fruit was larger,while the yield was higher.The third group was short,and the fruit was slender.The fourth
