摘  要:本文结合拓扑优化方法与Design For Six Sigma(DFSS)技术,提出一种可用于工程实际的结构可靠性设计优化方法,并以常平座底座板为例进行了设计优化。首先根据设计输入确定基结构,并使用灵敏度过滤的变密度法在载荷环境下对基结构进行拓扑优化;然后以1/3为去重目标对底座板进行模型重建,比较其与基结构以及经验优化模型的性能;进而参数化模型,使用CCD+完全二次多项式法构造响应面,描述结构与材料参数对性能的灵敏度;最后得到底座板在许用应力水平下的可靠性指标。该方法同样可用于发动机上机架、承力锥与支板等主要承力结构,经过DFSS分析后的零件能够平衡去重与可靠性的矛盾关系,提高整机的可靠性水平。This paper combines topology optimization method with Design For Six Sigma(DFSS),a structure reliability design optimization method which can be used in engineering practice is proposed,and the design optimization is carried out by taking the base plate of the gimbal mount as an example.Firstly,the base structure is determined according to the design input,and the variable density method of sensitivity filtering is used to optimize the topology of the base structure under the load environment;Then,the base plate model is reconstructed with 1/3 as the weight removal target,and its performance is compared with the base structure and the empirical optimization model;Then,the response surface is constructed by using CCD+Full 2nd Order Polynomials.Finally,the reliability index of the base plate under the allowable stress lever is obtained.This method can also be used for main load-bearing stuctures such as engine’s frame,load-bearing cone and support plate.The parts analyzed by DFSS can balance the contradiction between weight removal and reliability,and improve the reliability lever of the whole machine.
