摘 要:缺陷深度定量测量是脉冲红外热波无损检测技术的重要应用,本文深入研究了脉冲红外热波成像无损检测的数据处理方法。基于预制的复合材料缺陷试件,对脉冲红外热波成像无损检测过程进行了数值模拟和实验,计算了缺陷深度。结果表明:数值模拟和实验获得的缺陷深度结果与预制试件的缺陷深度之间有较好的包络关系,使用脉冲红外热成像进行缺陷深度定量分析的实验技术具备工程应用价值。Quantitative measurement of defect depth is an important application of pulse infrared thermal wave nondestructive testing technology.In this paper,processing methods for pulsed thermograph nondestructive testing have been deeply studied.Numerical simulation and experiment for the process of pulsed infrared nondestructive testing have been done on defect samples made of composite material.and the depths of defects have been calculated.The results indicate that,there are good envelop features between the depths of defects calculated through numerical simulations and the actual depths of defects,and also between the depths of defects calculated through experiments and the actual depths of defects.Experimental technology of defect depth quantities analysis using pulsed thermograph has the engineering application value.
