南通市智慧居家养老服务的现实困境及其化解对策

摘　　要：在归纳南通市智慧居家养老的服务方式与特征的基础上,分析其在服务覆盖、服务推广、人力资源汲取、平台建设等方面存在的现实困境,提出从强化政社联动、优化供需侧、引才育才、健全平台监管机制等方面着手,进一步提升南通市智慧居家养老服务水平。On the basis of concluding service patterns and characteristics of smart home-based care service in Nantong,this paper explores the present predicaments encountered in the aspects of service coverage,service promotion,human resources acquisition and the platform construction,thus further proposes the improvement of smart home-based care service for the elderly in Nantong by associating the government with the society,optimizing supply and demand side,attracting and cultivating talents,and completing platform supervision system.
