张謇商事法律观对当代企业社会责任建设的启示

摘　　要：张謇在担任北洋政府农商部总长期间主持制定了一系列有利于民族工商业发展的商事法律、法令,体现了强烈的社会责任意识。在解析张謇商事法律观丰富内涵与创新价值的基础上,提出借鉴张謇商事法律观,从完善职工参与公司治理制度、完善金融机构参与公司治理制度、完善信息披露制度与构建社会责任评价标准体系等方面推进当代企业社会责任建设。During his tenure as the chief minister of the Ministry of Agricultural and Commercial Affairs of the Beiyang Government,Zhang Jian presided over the formulation of a series of commercial laws and decrees conducive to the development of national industry and commerce,which reflected a strong sense of social responsibility.Based on analyzing the rich connotation and innovation value of Zhang Jian's thoughts on commercial laws,this paper proposes that we should learn from Zhang Jian's thoughts on commercial laws,and promote the construction of social responsibility of the contemporary enterprises by improving the system of employee participating in corporate governance,improving the system of financial institutions participating in corporate governance,improving the information disclosure system and building social responsibility evaluation standard system.
