摘 要:人工加工单向节流阀需不断重复相同动作,操作人员劳动强度大,且生产效率低、产品质量不稳定,针对此设计了一种单向节流阀自动化生产装置。根据单向节流阀加工工艺要求,针对铜管缩口加工工艺进行仿真模拟,研究缩口过程中铜管的受力情况,结合现有设备,设计了平移装置和抓取装置,装置采用PLC控制,实现对待加工管体的自动抓取和移动。应用实践表明,设计的装置可实现单向节流阀的生产自动化,提高了产品生产效率,达到预期效益。Due to the high labor con sumption,low production efficiency,and unstable product quality of manually processed one-way throttle valves,an automatic production device for one-way throttle valves is designed.To meet the requirements of one-way throttle valve processing technology,the copper tube shrinkage processing technology is simulated,and the force of the copper tube in the necking process is examined,a translation and a grabbing device are designed.The devices are controlled by PLC to achieve the grasping and moving of the processed pipe,which realizes the automatic production of one-way throttle valves,improving the production efficiency and achieving the expected benefits.
