摘 要:泵站进水池内流态的好坏会直接影响到泵的工作效率以及整个泵站的安全稳定运行。基于CFX,使用Realizable k-ε湍流模型研究了不同水位和流量工况下进水池内表面涡特性以及流速均匀性动态变化规律。结果表明:当水位为600 mm时,小流量工况下两侧表面涡分布不对称,随着流量增大,两侧表面涡相互影响程度减小;当水位为800 mm时,不同流量工况下两侧表面涡分布均对称;当水位为1000 mm时,小流量情况下两侧表面涡分布对称,随着流量增大,两侧表面涡相互影响程度增大。随着特征截面水位降低,进水池内特征截面的旋涡总环量增加,且旋涡总环量与水位成反比,与流量成正比;泵进口断面流速分布均匀度随着流量的增加而先增大后减小,随水位的增加而增大。研究成果可为进水池的结构优化提供参考依据。The flow pattern in the intake tank of pumping stations directly affects the working efficiency of pumps,and even the safe and stable operation of the whole pumping station.In this paper,based on CFX software,the Realizable k-εturbulence model was used to study the dynamic changes of surface vortex characteristics and velocity uniformity in the intake tank under different water level and flow conditions.The results showed that when the water level was 600 mm,the distribution of surface vortex on both sides was asymmetric under small flow conditions.With the increasing of flow rate,the mutual influence of surface vortex on both sides decreased.When the water level was 800 mm,the surface vortex distribution on both sides was symmetrical under different flow conditions.When the water level was 1000 mm,the distribution of surface vortex on both sides was symmetrical under small flow conditions.As the flow rate increased,the mutual influence of surface vortex on both sides increased.With the decreasing of the water level at the characteristic sections,the total circulation of the vortex in the characteristic sections of the intake tank increased.The vortex total circulation in the section was inversely proportional to the water level and proportional to the flow.The velocity distribution uniformity of the pump intake section first increased and then decreased with the increase of flow rate,while it increased with the water level.
