眼带状疱疹的临床表现及诊治研究进展

摘　　要：眼带状疱疹是一种较为常见的特殊部位带状疱疹,常表现为眼部疱疹、疼痛和眼部并发症。中医认为是湿热毒邪蕴阻经络或风热病邪上犯头面所致。近年其发病率逐年增高,其并发症包括眼部损害、中枢神经系统病变、血管病变及后遗神经痛等,甚至出现脑卒中,从而严重影响患者生活质量和增加医疗负担。本文就眼带状疱疹的流行病学、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断、中西医治疗以及预防五个方面进行综述,以期为眼带状疱疹的诊治提供依据与借鉴。Herpes zoster ophthalmicus(HZO)is a common special-site herpes zoster,which often presents with ocular herpes,pain,and ocular complications.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is caused by damp-heat toxins blocking the meridians or wind-heat pathogens attacking the head and face.In recent years,its incidence has been increasing year by year,and its complications include eye damage,central nervous system disease,vascular disease,post-herpetic neuralgia,and even stroke,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and increases the medical burden.This article reviewed the epidemiology,clinical manifestations,diagno⁃sis and antidiastole,traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and prevention of HZO,in order to provide basis and refer⁃ence for the treatment of HZO.
