摘 要:太赫兹通信是6G移动通信技术的重要场景之一。相较于5G通信,太赫兹通信的路径损耗大、相位噪声高、功率放大器效率低。5G NR支持单载波DFT-s-OFDM波形,使移动终端获得更高的发送功效;也支持单载波DFT-s-OFDM波形时域均匀地内插PTRS,减少相位噪声对5G通信的不良影响。基于5G NR现有的单载波DFT-s-OFDM波形,提出一种太赫兹频段非均匀分布PTRS方案:每个OFDM符号内非均匀插入PTRS,PTRS被划分为首部、中间和尾部“块”。其中,首部“块”中PTRS数量与OFDM符号的长度成正比,尾部“块”中PTRS数量与多径时延的大小有关,中间“块”中PTRS的数量与相位噪声和高斯白噪声的大小以及变化速度有关。相较于5G NR均匀分布的PTRS方案,提出的非均匀分布PTRS方案在不影响太赫兹通信系统频谱效率的情况下,提高抑制相位噪声的效果,并且进一步降低了低阶调制方案的峰均比。Terahertz(THz)communication is a critical technology for enabling 6G mobile communication.However,THz communication faces greater challenges than 5G communication due to higher path loss,higher phase noise,and lower power amplifier efficiency.5G NR supports a single-carrier DFT-s-OFDM waveform,which enables mobile terminals to achieve higher transmission efficiency.Time-domain uniformly interpolated PTRS in the single-carrier DFT-s-OFDM waveform is also supported to reduce the adverse effects of phase noise on 5G communication.In this paper,we propose a non-uniform distribution PTRS scheme for the THz frequency band based on the existing single-carrier DFT-s-OFDM waveform of 5G NR.The scheme involves non-uniformly inserting PTRS in each OFDM symbol and dividing it into header,middle,and tail blocks.The number of PTRS in the header,middle,and tail blocks is specifically related to parameters such as the length of the OFDM symbol,the size of the multipath delay,and the magnitude and rate of change of phase noise and Gaussian white noise.Compared to the uniform distribution PTRS scheme of 5G NR,the proposed non-uniform distribution PTRS scheme improves phase noise suppression without affecting the spectral efficiency of THz communication systems.It also reduces the peak-to-average ratio of low-order modulation schemes.
