摘　　要：装配式建筑设计阶段对装配式建筑造价成本控制影响较大,通过分析设计阶段影响装配式混凝土结构造价的因素及控制造价的措施并结合工程应用研究,文章提出基于成本控制的装配式混凝土框架结构设计思路及方法,以提高控制成本的装配式结构设计技术手段。结果表明:通过有效的协同设计,标准化设计能够降低装配式混凝土建筑的造价成本。The design stage of prefabricated building has great influence on the cost control of prefabricated building,through the analysis of the factors that affect the cost of prefabricated concrete structure and the measures to control the cost in the design stage,combined with the research of engineering application,this paper puts forward the design ideas and methods of prefabricated concrete frame structure based on cost control,in order to improve the technical means of prefabricated structure design of cost control.The results show that the standardized design can reduce the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings through effective collaborative design.
