摘　　要：文章报告了公路路网运行监测与应急管理的现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了改进措施。针对管理体制分割、信息共享手段落后、服务信息发布途径有限、管理配套设施不完善等问题,本文建议建立有效的路网运行管理平台,促进管理职能的转变,完善相关制度体系,重视信息融合,建立信息处理平台,管理智能化应用,人才培养等方面进行改进,以达到提高公路路网运行监测与应急管理的智能化、信息化水平的目的。This paper reports on the current situation of highway road network operation monitoring and emergency management,analyses the existing problems and proposes improvement measures.Aiming at the problems of divided management system,backward information sharing means,limited service information release channels and imperfect management supporting facilities,this paper suggests establishing an effective road network operation and management platform,promoting the transformation of management functions,improving the relevant institutional system,attaching importance to information integration,establishing information processing platform,managing intelligent applications and improving personnel training and other aspects,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the intelligent and information level of highway road network operation monitoring and emergency management.
