摘 要:该文利用NCEP/NCAR逐日再分析格点资料以及常规地面、高空观测资料,对2021年11月昭通发生的2次强降温天气过程环流形势、温度平流、下沉运动和水汽条件等进行了对比分析。结果表明:由于冷高压、冷平流的强度不同,2次过程的降温幅度也不同;前期回暖有利于形成较大的降温幅度;静止锋的影响也会引起昭通南北降温的差异;较强的下沉运动有利于高层能量下传及地面大风的形成;0℃层高度降至700 hPa以下和较深厚的湿层有利于降雪,地面温度过高不利于积雪形成。In November 2021,Zhaotong experienced two strong cooling weather processes.Using NCEP/NCAR daily reanalysis data,conventional observation data,the paper compared and analyzed the circulation situation,temperature advection,descending motion and water vapor conditions of the two processes.The results show that the different intensities of cold high pressure and cold advection result in different temperature drops;the influence of the stationary front also caused the difference in cooling between the north and south of Zhaotong;strong descending motion is conducive to the transmission of high-level energy and the formation of ground gale;the height of the 0℃layer falling below 700 hPa and the deep wet layer are conducive to snowfall,and the high ground temperature is not conducive to the formation of snow.
