摘 要:该文选用参证站资料的方法,对黎平县双江电站水库1954—2021年近68 a来逐年最大日降水量采用PearsonⅢ型研究方法和贵州省暴雨洪水计算公式进行研究。结果表明:黎平双江电站水库年最大日降水量年变化呈上升趋势,2010年以后上升趋势较显著。暴雨洪水设计以H1d=119.29 mm、Cv=0.47、Cs/Cv=3.5作为研究成果,防洪标准按50 a一遇的暴雨洪水设计成果为P=2.0%,日最大降水量=277 mm、洪峰流量=2509 m^(3)·s^(-1);洪水校核按500 a一遇的暴雨洪水设计成果为P=0.2%,日最大降水量=391 mm、洪峰流量=3905 m^(3)·s^(-1);消能防冲设计标准按30 a一遇的设计成果为P=3.3%,日最大降水量=252 mm、洪峰流量=2209 m^(3)·s^(-1)。研究成果对黎平双江电站水库预防灾害性强降水、安全渡汛和水库优化调度、提高产能具有十分重要的决策指导意义。The maximum daily precipitation of Shuangjiang Hydropower Station Reservoir in Liping County from 1954 to 2021(nearly 68 years)is studied by using the method of reference station data,and the following conclusions are drawn through the PearsonⅢresearch method and the calculation formula of heavy rain and flood in Guizhou Province.The results show that the annual change of the maximum daily precipitation in the Reservoir of Liping Shuangjiang Power Station showed an upward trend,and the upward trend was more significant after 2010.The rainstorm flood design takes H 1d=119.29 mm,C v=0.47,and C s/C v=3.5 as the research results.The flood control standard is a once-in-50 a storm flood design result of P=2.0%,maximum daily precipitation=277 mm,flood peak flow=2509 m^(3)·s^(-1);The design result of the flood check is P=0.2%,the maximum daily precipitation=391 mm and the flood peak flow=3905 m^(3)·s^(-1);The design standard of energy dissipation and anti-scouring is that the design result is P=3.3%,the maximum daily precipitation=252 mm and the flood peak flow=2209 m^(3)·s^(-1).The research results have important decision-making and guiding significance for the prevention of catastrophic heavy precipitation,safe flood crossing,reservoir optimization and scheduling,and improvement of production capacity in Liping Shuangjiang Hydropower Station.
