摘  要:基于观测系统能力分析和审查工具(OSCAR)选取各气象应用领域对地面观测要素的需求指标,对遵义市地面自动气象观测站网现状进行评估分析,提出相应规划思路,旨在提高地面自动气象站网优化布局,推进地面气象观测业务的高质量发展。Based on the observation system capability analysis and review tool(OSCAR),the demand indicators for ground observation elements in various meteorological application fields are selected to evaluate and analyze the current situation of the ground automatic meteorological observation station network in Zunyi City,and the corresponding planning ideas are put forward to improve the optimized layout of the ground automatic meteorological station network and promote the high-quality development of the ground meteorological observation business.
