延长气田抗CO_(2)/H_(2)S复配缓蚀剂的研究及应用

摘　　要：为了解决延长含硫气田管材严重腐蚀问题,通过对试片腐蚀形貌以及腐蚀产物组成、含量的检测来确定含硫气田管材的腐蚀成因,以3种现场抗腐蚀缓释效果较好、主要成分为咪唑啉的KS系列抗CO_(2)/H_(2)S腐蚀缓蚀剂为助剂,以抗CO_(2)腐蚀性能较好的E-04缓蚀剂为主剂进行复配,通过失重法、图像采集等手段对3种复配缓蚀剂进行缓蚀性能效果评价,并探究不同H_(2)S分压下3种复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,筛选出缓蚀效果较好的复配缓蚀剂,并将其在现场应用。结果表明:溶解氧、侵蚀性CO_(2)、CI^(-)引起的吸氧腐蚀、CO_(2)腐蚀和点蚀是导致管材腐蚀的主要原因,细菌造成的结垢腐蚀对其也有一定影响;在CO_(2)/H_(2)S腐蚀联合控制条件下,抗CO_(2)/H_(2)S复配缓蚀剂KS-02缓蚀效果最优,缓蚀效率可达80%以上。现场含硫气井监测显示抗CO_(2)/H_(2)S复配缓蚀KS-02平均缓蚀效率可达到79.63%,缓蚀性能较好。In order to solve the problem of severe corrosion of pipes in the Yanchang Sour Gas Field,the corrosion causes of pipes in sour gas fields are determined by testing the corrosion morphology of test pieces,and the composition and content of corrosion products.Three kinds of KS series anti-CO_(2)/H_(2)S corrosion inhibitors with good on-site anti-corrosion and slow-release effect whose main component is imidazoline are used as additives,and E-04 corrosion inhibitor with good anti-CO_(2)corrosion performance is used as the main agent for compounding.Weight loss method,image acquisition and other means are used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of the three composite corrosion inhibitors,and the corrosion inhibition effects of the three composite corrosion inhibitors are explored under different H_(2)S partial pressures.The composite corrosion inhibitors with good corrosion inhibition effects are selected and applied in the field.The results show that oxygen absorption corrosion,CO_(2) corrosion,and pitting corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen,corrosive CO_(2)and CI^(-) are the main causes of pipe corrosion,and the scaling corrosion caused by bacteria also has a certain impact on it.Under the combined control of CO_(2)/H_(2)S corrosion,the corrosion inhibition effect of anti-CO_(2)/H_(2)S composite inhibitor KS-02 is the best,with a corrosion inhibition rate of more than 80%.The monitoring of sulfur-containing gas wells on site shows that the average corrosion inhibition rate of anti-CO_(2)/H_(2)S composite inhibitor KS-02 can reach 79.63%,with good corrosion inhibition performance.
