摘  要:为进一步减少SHB油田联合站热能消耗,降低运行成本和操作难度,系统归纳SHB联合站热能的消耗量及各用户的使用量,并针对性总结出关于热量供需不平衡的3个主要问题。在此基础上,结合联合站工艺装置特点和生产运行规律,从优化工艺参数、调整生产模式和流程改造建议(热量综合利用)3个方面进行联合站热能利用系统优化。该优化措施已在现场应用,通过工艺参数优化,可减少混烃脱硫塔和液化气塔塔釜用热负荷的11.5%和10.2%;在凝液回收系统停产期间调整生产模式,每月降低自用气消耗4.79×10~4m~3;流程改造还将进一步降低自用气消耗329.9×10~4m~3/a,降本增效效果明显。In order to further reduce the thermal energy consumption,operating cost,and operation difficulty of SHB Oilfield Multi-purpose Station,the heat consumption of SHB Multi-purpose Station and the usage of each user are summarized systematically,and specifically come up with three major issues about the imbalance between heat supply and demand.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the process device and the production operation law,this study optimizes the thermal energy utilization system from three aspects:optimizing the process parameters,adjusting the production mode,and the process transformation suggestions (comprehensive heat utilization).After the on-site application,the heat load of the mixed hydrocarbon desulfurization tower and liquefied gas tower can be reduced by 11.5%and 10.2%,respectively,through optimization of process parameters.The selfuse gas consumption during the shutdown period of the condensate recovery system can be reduced by4.79×10~4m~3per month through the adjustment of the production mode.The self-use gas consumption can be further reduced by 329.9×10~4m~3/a through process transformation.The effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase is obvious.
