摘 要:油田常规的卸油方式为敞口开放式卸油,过程中挥发气体逸散到大气中,会造成环境污染,且挥发气中含有可燃性的气体,存在安全隐患;同时VOCs等气体有可能对岗位员工造成职业伤害。针对这些问题,应用自动化的方法实现了卸油过程的密闭化和自动化,自动启泵、自动停泵、自动计量,并且将卸油处理装置、卸油泵、质量流量计、防爆自动控制系统等集成为一套装置。该装置体积小、移动方便、集成比高、现场安装方便,且工艺自动化程度高,建设投产周期快,实现了低位卸油、密闭卸油及自动化卸油。其适用于油库、原油处理站、接转站的密闭卸油,现已在华北油田投入使用,具备向各大油田推广的价值。The conventional unloading method for oilfields is unsealed unloading, during which the volatile gas escapes into the atmosphere and causes environmental pollution. Volatile gas contains flammable gases, posing a safety hazard. At the same time, VOCs and other gases may cause occupational injury to employees on the job. In view of these problems, the automatic method is applied to realize the airtight and automation of the oil unloading process,automatic pump start,automatic pump stop,and automatic metering. And the oil unloading processing unit, oil unloading pump, mass flow meter, and explosion-proof automatic control system are integrated into one system. This device is small in size,easy to move,easy to install on site,and it has high integration ratio,high degree of process automation,rapid construction and production cycle,so the low-level oil unloading,airtight oil unloading,automatic oil unloading can be realized. The device is suitable for the airtight unloading of oil depots,crude oil treatment stations,and transfer stations,which has been put into use in Huabei Oilfield,and has the value of popularization to major oilfields.
