摘 要:埋地油气输送管道在输送温度较高介质时,一般采用锚固墩对热煨弯管进行保护,通过对锚固墩推力(承受的推力)计算和校核计算,可以对锚固段的尺寸进行优化,以节省工程投资和占地面积。通过对热煨弯管进行受力分析可以确定其是否存在危险角度,从而使锚固墩的设置具有针对性;通过锚固墩移动位移与所受推力之间关系研究可以降低锚固墩推力数值的大小,再分析锚固墩尺寸变化对校核计算的影响,可以实现对锚固墩尺寸的优化。对于同一高温油气输送管道,仅需要对存在危险角度的热煨弯管进行保护,考虑锚固墩存在的位移以及热煨弯管本身也可以承受一定的推力,可以降低锚固墩的推力数值并优化其尺寸;采取在被动土压侧锚固墩下部增加横梁以及增加锚固墩墩顶覆土等措施,可以进一步优化锚固墩的尺寸。For buried oil and gas transmission pipelines, the anchor block is generally used to protect the hot bend section when the temperature of the transmission medium is high. Through the calculation of anchor block thrust force(the thrust it bears) and the check calculation,the size of the anchor block can be optimized, therefore engineering cost and land use can be saved. Through the stress analysis of the hot bend, it can be determined whether there is a risk angle, so that the anchor block can be set more reasonably. By studying the relationship between the displacement of the anchor block and the thrust force, the thrust value of the anchor block can be reduced. Then by analyzing the influence of the anchor block size change on the checking calculation,the size optimization of the anchor block can be realized. For the same high-temperature oil and gas transmission pipeline, only the hot bend with risk angle needs to be protected. Considering the displacement of anchor block and the fact that the hot bend itself can also bear a certain thrust, the thrust value of the anchor block can be reduced, and its size can be optimized correspondingly. The size of the anchor block can be further optimized by adding a crossbeam to the lower part of the anchor block on the passive earth pressure side and adding soil cover on the top of the anchor block.
