摘  要:LNG接收站储罐建造目前趋于大型化,且已有正在进行新型储罐——薄膜罐的建设项目,对于薄膜罐建设与运行关键技术的研究具有重要的意义。通过对薄膜罐结构和施工工艺的分析,对比传统9%镍钢储罐,认为混凝土平整度控制(承台3 m以内,平整度≤5 mm)、正五十六边形角度控制(通过模板控制173.6°)、恒温恒湿环境要求(环境温度20~30℃,相对湿度<60%)、防潮层施工(混凝土表面粗糙度预处理75~150μm)、绝热板安装(精度控制±1.5 mm)、波纹板焊接(采用热熔焊,点焊—间断焊—连续焊)、气密测试(氨氮显影测试)等方面是薄膜罐建造过程中的关键控制点,对施工控制参数和关键技术提出参考标准。同时,通过对薄膜罐运行特有的氮气工艺系统的结构进行研究,并对氮气系统的呼吸模式和扫气模式进行了工艺流程分析,为薄膜罐氮气系统的运行提供了参考。At present, the construction of LNG receiving station storage tanks is currently trending towards large-scale, and there are already projects under construction for a new type of storage tankmembrane tank, which is of great significance for the research on the key technologies of membrane tank construction and operation. Through the analysis of the membrane tank structure and construction technology, compare to traditional 9% nickel steel storage tanks, it is concluded that the key control points in the membrane tank construction process are concrete flatness control(within 3 meters of the bearing platform, flatness ≤5 mm), angle control of regular fifty-sixth sided shape(controlled by173.6° through the template), constant temperature and humidity environmental requirements(environmental temperature 20~30 ℃,relative humidity 60%), moisture-proof layer construction(concrete surface roughness pre-treatment 75~150 μ m), insulation plate installation(accuracy control± 1.5 mm), corrugated plate welding(using hot melt welding, spot welding-intermittent weldingcontinuous welding),air-tightness test(ammonia nitrogen development test),etc.. Besides,reference standards for construction control parameters and key technologies are put forward. At the same time,through the study of the unique nitrogen process system for the operation of the membrane tank, the process flow of the breathing mode and scavenging mode of the nitrogen system is analyzed, which provides a reference for the operation of the nitrogen system of the membrane tank.
